1 Month 1 Day

Received my first auto ship this past Wednesday.  Looking forward to another great month and increasing my Go-Yin to 2 ounces a day. So far the Organic Sulfur has eliminated my seasonal allergies and my nightly leg pain similar to sciatica. Have experienced a random set of nightmares... like 3 in the past week but I could attribute that to the stress of my sister-in-law going under the knife. Posted my blog on Facebook with very little response but plan to try another time of day to reach my peeps. Catch ya later.

1 MONTH

Doing great yo! Sister-in-law made it out of surgery and is recovering nicely. I just got my first auto ship today and Organic Sulfur.  Doing great... at 14 lb. weight loss and since my 10 days on the Sulfur, which I have been taking to clear up my face, I haven't had any allergies and that nasty mess of snot that I have to clear out every morning is gone.  Nice to be free of those issues.  Have contracted a small chest cold in the last couple of days.  Have seemed to be able to keep it at bay but looking forward to less illness after I put in my full 90 day "trial".  Hanging tight and spreading the news.  Shared some of my results with my daughters' dance instructor, their babysitter and my sister-in-law.  I really have to get more on top of this blog if I really want to get the word out.   Here's a quick tidbit... can't wear one of my belts anymore because it doesn't get tight enough and all my dress pants are hanging on my hips.  Guess I can look forward to some shopping in the near future.  Too bad the IRS has all my money!

Day 22

Miss me??? Rough couple of weeks! Had no intention of ignoring this blog for such a length of time.  So weekends are busy with a 3 and 4 year old, which is how it started.  Then Sunday night I contracted some FUNKY intestinal bug that totally blew me out if you know what I mean.  So I skipped Monday scared to death to ingest anything and refused to take my Cleanse until I resumed some semblance of a normal bowl movement which was Thursday.  Then came EASTER.  Had a new housekeeper spruce us up last Thursday which required me to prep my home, of course.  Then my 29 year old sister-in-law gets diagnosed with a dangerously large and complicated brain tumor which needed to come out years ago.  In the mean time I stayed faithful to the cause, got my mother to start the Core and acquired a scale for my home.  Also had the ironic fortune of my annual blood draw and physical. And here are the exciting results... to date I've dropped 14 lbs. and lowered my usual 200ish cholesterol to a tidy 140.  Can you say AMAZING.  Well I'm sure as hell not quitting now.  Says alot for just providing my body the nutrients it needs to work properly and take care of itself.  I feel good too, not lethargic in the late afternoon and happily entering my 4th week with GP.  Looking forward to that 90 day mark.  Have yet reap the rewards of the acne elimination but plan to have my first auto ship include Organic Sulfur to help me get control of that a little quicker.  Listened to a super conference call about it today thanks to Wendi, my resident GP nurse ;) and learned so much.  I'll see what I can do to hook you guys up too.  So this is a wrap for today and I plan to be a more dedicated blogger with one small request to close this post.... Please keep Kristen Pion in your prayers as she will face a delicate14 hour surgery beginning at 7:30 am tomorrow morning.  Thanks everyone!
