So this is where I will share my Genesis Pure story. I chose to journal about this experience so I could share my truth on a daily basis. Surely you already know me because why else would you be interested in reading the daily ramblings of some stranger who is less than a celebrity. So with that in mind I hope you take this information for what it is worth... my honest, unbiased account of the Genesis Pure Journey. -Heather Pion

Day 5
Had to drop by the lab to have blood drawn and fasted last night to get a good draw. I have my results appointment next week. I generally run a little high on the cholesterol so hoping the Core works that our for me. Anywho, I asked the lab tech if she had a scale available because I had misplaced mine and ordered one online that wouldn't be in until Monday. She said she did but is ran about 3 lbs. heavy. I told her that was no concern to me I was just curious. I had my weight taken in February and my last Dr. appointment and was just "feeling" lighter so like I said I was curious. SIDEBAR: I don't like you guys enough to share my weight but I can tell you that I am well aware that I am overweight. With that said, I was freaking ASTONISHED when I got on the scale. 10 lbs. less than my last weigh in. Now don't get me wrong, I totally know it was a different scale and I've only been Coring for a week but SERIOUSLY, 10 pounds! And remember that tech said it runs heavy. So watch out summer, here I come and I may even be able to re-establish my old biking regiment at this rate. Especially since the girls are getting a little older. Catch ya tomorrow. Dinner: 4 small pieces of chicken ranch pizza

Day 4
So this appetite thing is completely foreign to me. I mean in the past I experiment with appetite suppressants but always abandoned them because of the side effects... blemishes, jitters and binges in between doses. The normalcy I am experiencing with the Core is like nothing I ever remember feeling before. I can't really describe it and for those of you who don't have this issue it might seem ridiculous, but I just simply eat what I want and my body tells me when I've had enough by simply feeling satisfied, not full, not nauseous, just done. I don't get hungry later, I stick to the 2-3 meal deal with healthy snacks and have no desire for anything that"wouldn't be good for me". I freaking love it! Best "diet" ever and wasn't in it for that. I just wanted to feel better, have more energy, get sick less, look better, live longer. That's not asking too much, right?! It seems as if the Core takes the obstacle out of healthy living and is putting me back on track. Hope it continues. Dinner: 1 lean burger with provolone and 8 baked fries

Day 3
Well back again... was nice weather this evening so left work about 30 minutes early with Spring fever in hopes of spending some quality time outdoors with my girls. Also took time to clean the debris off the back deck and set up our new-to-us patio set I found on Craigslist.... I'm such an addict. Salad again today from Kroger's bar... love the build and wish I had one at my house. Went for 6 drops of the cleanse and again no issues intestinally or with the taste. Husband made pancakes for dinner. Stuck to 3 small ones and 2 pieces of bacon, completely satisfied with no interest in over indulging. Noticed a couple new blemishes but different than usual. No swelling or deep complicated origin. Just simple, superficial, easy to remove blackheads which are rare for me. Like my body is cleaning my pores itself. Sharing my story with as many people as possible and supporting my Wendi at work by continuing to talk about my experience. Did take a quick power nap on the couch before dinner for about 20 minutes. Think the late blogging caught up with me.

Day 2
Was looking forward to day 2. Got my balance and build in a little later today like mid-morning after registering my youngest for preschool. Cleanse was better today, increased 2 to 4drops in orange juice which is what is recommended as a mixer. Terrible taste was gone! Will try more tomorrow gradually finding my optimum cleanse but still considering the capsules for my next refill. Still felt great today. No fatigue. Finished preparing my 2014 tax documents and cleaned kitchen when I got home from work without any trouble. Can’t wait for tomorrow. Was considering resubscribing to my Proactiv Solution regiment because my “adult” acne has been ridiculous… maybe it’s “the change” on its way. But at the end of day 2 I have no new break outs and my current issues are drying up rapidly. Maybe it’s a miracle or maybe it’s GP… we’ll see?! Looking forward to sharing this product with family and friends once I’ve experienced more results. My eating habits have also taken a turn for the better. Ate salad for lunch both days and tonight for dinner only fish, 3 filets. Would have been satisfied with 2 filets but went for the 3rd cause it’s AWESOME! Best fish joint around; Moraine Fish and Chicken (I highly recommend). Any who will check in again tomorrow.

Day 1
Day one of my Core. Balance and Go-yin super easy shot. Really liked the taste. Looking forward to the experience and results. So tried my Cleanse, only 2 drops on my maple brown sugar oatmeal… YUCK! What a mistake. Ended up swallowing the second bite whole trying to avoid the taste. So bitter, never had something that bitter ever. Read the ingredients and understood why… absolutely nothing in it sounds the least bit appetizing. Went straight out for orange juice after work which is the recommended mixer. See if that helps… if not there is always the capsules. Experienced some intestinal rumbling that made me a little concerned but only produced a little gas later that afternoon. Also not sure if it was having my kids gone for the weekend or the my psychological excitement to begin the product but I did feel rather satisfied with my coffee and oatmeal this morning and chose a salad with water for lunch. Also had a good bit of energy throughout the day and still as I’m typing this. I’m so used to wanting a nap mid-afternoon or being completely useless after work, but tonight I braved a late season snow with a 3 and 4 year old to the grocery, made dinner upon my return home, typed this and will be off to do laundry shortly without ANY problem. Like I said though I think it could be a psychological effect. We’ll see in the days to come.
