1 Month 11 Days

So excited to welcome my mother, Lynda Specht to the Genesis Pure family.  Please feel free to inquire about her progress and experience with your comments and questions.  She lives in western Virginia for those of you looking for products.  I've been fortunate to have lost 18 lbs. so far and starting to plan a new excercise regiment with my renewed energy and enthusiasm.  I really miss riding my bike and now that my kids are getting older I hope they will soon join me or at least mind their P's and Q's while I leave them with my husband for a ride.  My old bike is in pretty bad shape so I might need an upgrade for my birthday or something... HINT HINT! ;) any way.  Lynda has been doing well with her Core and enjoying some much needed healing for her ankle she broke a year ago.  She also is happy to report that she is feeling better too.  She takes Organic Sulfur in addition to her Core and like me has always had extreme allergies.  I've noticed that since she's been using the Sulfur she has gotten rid of this nasty dry gagging cough that has burdened her for almost 2 years.  I've had excellent luck with the Sulfur elliminating my allergies, but boy howdy if I miss just one of those twice-a-day doses those suckers are back.  Will be increasing my cleanse to twice a day today.  Once when I get home from work and again before bed.  Working my way up to those recommended doses.  You guys really have to try this stuff... the health benefits are extreme and amazing.  I can't believe we're just now reaching these technological advancements in better health and honestly it's incredibly easy... simply consume it.
