Loving life now! So many success, so many changes and enjoying health.  I Have maintained the weight loss without any effort what so ever; however when I eat healthier and get active the pounds shed easily.  I purchased Cize (so much fun BTW) and after 5 workouts over just 10 days lost 5 pounds, easy peasy!  Making healthy food choices with my BUSY schedule is not easy though, but when I pay attention by choosing sandwiches or wraps and salads as well as eating on time, easier said than done, the weight falls even faster.  It's all about finding the balance that helps you in achieving your goals.  My nails and hair are extraordinarily healthy and I am happy to report that the horrible skin I had on my feet is NO MORE!  Seriously I used to struggle to find moisturizer and callus removers that would just maintain my cracked and scaling peds for a short 6 weeks between pedicures but now all that is a thing of the past.  Don't get me wrong, they are still 43 year old feet but I haven't had a pedicure since September of last year and still don't need one.  They are smooth and hydrated and that is good enough for me.  Thank you GP CORE!  So let me give you a run down of my daily routine of GP product consumption so you can understand how seriously NON-committal the program actually is.  I drink 2 ounces in the morning; one ounce Go Yin and one ounce Daily Build.  I take 2 scoops of Organic Sulfur with water in the morning and 2 in the evening and for desert I drink a large glass of OJ with about 36 drops of Liquid Cleanse.  I heal easier, recover easier and feel better everyday.  Will keep the info coming so stay tuned and feel free to check out all the products available to HEALTH your life at www.genesispure.com/apureryou Why are you wasting time getting older and less healthy?
